Reynaldo
Ricacho, born on May 1, 1978 in Leyte; the 6th of nine
children.

school after Grade 6 when his father was imprisoned for false
charges.

to Manila after his father got out of prison to look for a
better life.

in Fr. Ben Beltran’s INFORMAL EDUCATION PROGRAM and was able to
finish High School.
